With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have built a career rooted with a deep passion for cars and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. I began my journey in a service centre, where I developed a strong understanding of how cars function. From there, I moved to the front lines of a global automotive assembly plant, gaining hands-on expertise about the manufacturing process. I later transitioned into automotive sales then business development with nationally ranked dealerships, where I honed my skills in customer relations, strategy, and market growth.
Throughout my diverse career, one constant has remained: my unwavering passion for the automotive world. I have been fortunate to experience a wide range of roles and environments, each providing valuable insights that have shaped my approach to business. What began as a love for cars ever since my first hot wheels, prospered into a lifelong career.
During high school I began working at a local service centre. It didn’t take long for clients to notice the care I took in making sure every car left with sparkling clean tires and rims—a simple gesture that garnered unexpected praise. This experience taught me that the little things truly matter in building customer loyalty and that pride in craftsmanship is something clients can feel.
